Walking in, my first thought was 'wow' - the interior is so luxurious! I also loved how clean and organized the place was. I've been here a few times now and tried both their pho and bun bo hue, and honestly, they're both fantastic. The broth is packed with flavor, and the noodles have that perfect chew. If I'm ever craving some good Vietnamese noodles and I'm nearby, I'll definitely be back!

This restaurant is a welcome addition to the Bellaire food scene. The staff are friendly and attentive. The kitchen is incredibly efficient. Most importantly, the food is delicious. The Vietnamese noodles are some of the best I've had. The regular and vegetarian pho broths are perfect. Portions are generous. Very reasonably priced too!

My first time here and at first glance, the space is quite modern and has an eclectic and colorful decor. The bent wood chairs took a bit to get used to but a nice touch. We came here for pho but I decided to get the banh mi. For $7, it's similarly priced as roostar which is one of my favorite places to get a good banh mi outside of chinatown. The pho was good. Very flavorful and had a decent amount of meat (dac diet large) $12. Never thought I'd see the day that I'd be paying that much for pho when back in the olden days, large pho was $7 at pho Saigon. SMH. But I digress. I'd get pho here again. The banh mi thit nuong did not disappoint. At first I was like "omg do I even get veggies?" The meat was overflowing. The taste was amazing. Perfectly grilled or broiled or however they cooked it. A hint of lemongrass but not overpowering. The veggies did make the sandwich a bit soggy but I didn't care. The butter was silky and creamy and paired well with the pate. The bread was super soft, omg. I'll be back!!!!

Wanted fresh spring rolls & stopped at Pho Ben. I hadn't heard of Pho Ben before & when I looked it up, they opened in Sugarland in 2012 & grew to multiple locations. I waited a short moment before being seated. Ice water was brought to my table promptly. Started with the spring rolls (No. 2 with both thinly sliced meat & shrimp) which were tasty. Ordered small bowl of pho no. 19 & it was brought out steaming hot immediately. Too much food for me but I did my best! Friendly service, great ambiance, nice appropriate music. Will be back here & will look for their other locations.

Stopped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised by how aesthetically pleasing the interior was! Very nice vibes and catered to a variety of eaters. I got a large beef pho (with round steak, flank, fatty brisket, soft tendon and white tripe) that had such a rich deep flavor and paired well with my refreshing mango smoothie! It was a great combination that was delicious and left me excited to return to try more of their menu.

Nut allergy warning: The vermicelli comes with nuts. Pho is fine. We had a relatively large group and they don't have a space for it, just put some tables together. Orders were taken and food brought out relatively quickly (about 15 minutes for my pho). The pho bowl is smaller than others in the area. I could've definitely eaten more. Service was also a little off, as they brought an extra unordered Vietnamese coffee to our table, and then charged me for it. Overall, it's a nice option, but there are many great pho places in the area.
